Krystian Sakas

Krystian is a graduate of Wroclaw’s Secondary School for Hotel Management. He deepened the knowledge during bachelor’s studies at the Upper School of Theology and Humanities in the field of tourism, graduated with honors. In 2004 he went to Greece, where he gained his first experience in hotel catering. There he was immediately recognized for his organizational talent and hospitality. In 2005 he was offered a job at 5* Golden Bay Hotel Larnaca in Cyprus as a waiter shift manager, where he spent 2 years. He had the opportunity to discover secrets of the service, event management and conference planning, as well as learn multiculturalism of the guests. Returning to Greece in 2007, he continued his career in the 4 and 5 star hotels Sofitel Athens, Plaza Athens, President Athens Hotel, where he gradually advanced in the hierarchy of gastronomy. A stay in Greece until 2011 allowed him to refine the techniques of fish filleting, wine decanting, flambering. In 2011, he went to Wales, to the 4 star Bodysgallen Hotel with a prestigious 3 AA Rosette Bodysgalllen Restaurant. He started his career as a shift manager and later promoted to the assistant manager. In 2012 he returned to Poland and his native Wroclaw. In the following years, he opened and ran reputable restaurants in Lower Silesia, sharing his international experience and innate hospitality. Krystian is also a Sommelier with WSET 2 qualification. Privately a happy husband and father of two children.
