Certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers (Austria) and Wine & Spirit Education Trust, member of the International Sommeliers Association (ASI), winner of West Poland Sommelier Championship 2016. He took his first steps in the world of hospitality in Ireland. He learned the sommelier profession under close supervision of Pierre Toussaint in Hayfield Manor Hotel *****. In his resume we can also find a popular London Restaurant – Harisson’s in Balham. After returning to Poland, he took care of the wine list and service of the most prestigious restaurant in Szczecin – Park Hotel****. Having hosted numerous presentations, wine dinners and trainings, his experience is very valuable. His gift of speaking about wine in a comprehensible and interesting manner, makes the vastness of wine knowledge seem easier and friendly.
