The hotel with magnificent garden, restaurant and most importantly unique SPA offer is definitely a retreat chosen by tourists from Poland and all over Europe. Dynamically evolving market, huge competition and Guest expectation led the Zamek na Skale Hotel owners to establish a cooperation with Service Excellence in order to improve its position and visibility on the market.
