A Sushi Master with a passion for almost 10 years. During this time he gained experience in many of the Japanese restaurants in Wroclaw. He worked for smaller brands such as Naka-Naka or Mahi-Mahi, which gained their regular customers in nearby communities, and in more familiar national concepts such as 77-sushi or Sakana, where people from all over Poland and the farthest corners of the world appeared.
His motto is the highest quality of products and the model standard of their preparation, so that every dish is a reason to pride. This approach has been achieved through many years of work with the best cooks on the Wroclaw scene of sushi.
In addition to his regular work in kitchens, he raised his qualifications by participating in events related to this Japanese cooking art, e.g. Nyotaimori shows.
With a great pleasure he shares his knowledge with people who value a professional approach to this beautiful profession.
