Anna Strażyńska

Anna Strażyńska has gained years of experience by inventing illustrious dishes for film, TV and
stage stars. The artists loved her culinary skills, and therefore encouraged her to open her own restaurant, which they  now visit on a regular basis. Chef Anna Strażyńska cooks in Tawerna Kapitańska in Oława near Wrocław.
Anna incorporates the best products from her home grown farm (vegetables, herbs, honey, eggs, as well as fish, i.e., trout and sturgeon, or lamb meat) to her menu.
Tawerna Kapitańska’s guests discover traditional tastes and those more exotic ones, coming from different parts of the world, creating at the same time a harmonious combination in her dishes. Ania’s own culinary style and offer refer in tastes to the pre-war Polish cuisine and is also inspired by the French cuisine. Thanks to the highest quality of products, primarily the ripening meat types, Ania has the possibility to cook for the guests with passion and love.
These devoted gourmets come to taste Ania’s dishes from the most distant parts of the world.
