About service excellence

Our company – Service Excellence was founded in response to the increasing market demand for the improvement of quality of services provided in hotels and restaurants in Poland.

Service Excellence specializes in:

  • implementation of the highest service standards,
  • improvement of staff qualifications and effectiveness,
  • improvement of given company’s attratciveness on the market (service, introduction of new items on the menu, etc.,) through looking for new concepts for given companies,
  • problem solution services stemming from malfunctioning of a given hotel or catering business.

Service Excellence relies on the knowledge gained in the best both foreign and domestic hotels and restaurants. Our work is based on the standards set by Leading Hotels of The World, Swiss Deluxe Hotels, Quality our Passion, Relais & Chateaux and ISO standard 9001 and also on the knowledge gained throughout the years and regularly developed by attending international workshops and conferences. The definition of excellence in the company’s name remains relatively unknown on the Polish market. Still, very few hotels and restaurants may take pride in serving excellence. It happens very often that either owners or managers fail to keep pace with the regular staff turnover or are not able to boost the hotel occupancy rate. Therefore, Service Excellence team will do their best to share their knowledge in order to set innovation concepts and improve the level of hotel and catering industry in Poland.
